1. Who we are
This site is run by Podium Technology for Sports (“Podium”, “we”). It presents the company and the products RUN, CONTROL, PASS and STAFF. This policy explains, in plain language, which personal data we process when you visit the site, why, for how long and what your rights are, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).
The full company details (legal name and CNPJ registration number) will be published on this page as soon as the company’s incorporation is complete.

2. What data we process
2.1 Data you send us
The site has no sign-up, login or form. If you click “Talk to Podium” or on the e-mail address, your e-mail app opens a message to us. We only receive what you decide to send: usually your name, your e-mail address and the content of the message.
2.2 Technical access data
As with any website, the hosting provider records technical data about each visit, such as IP address, date and time, browser type and pages requested. These records keep the site running and secure.
2.3 What we do not do
- We do not use tracking, advertising or behavioral analytics cookies.
- We do not use third-party analytics tools or social media pixels.
- We do not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers: everything is served by the site itself.
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

4. Who we share data with
We use Google’s infrastructure (Firebase Hosting) to host the site. This provider acts as a processor and handles the technical access records on our behalf. We do not share personal data with other companies for marketing purposes. We may share data when required by law, a court order or a competent authority.
The provider’s servers may be located outside Brazil. In that case, the international transfer follows the safeguards set out in art. 33 of the LGPD.
5. How long we keep data
E-mail messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. After that, they are deleted. Technical access records follow the hosting provider’s retention periods.
6. Your rights
You may request, at any time: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law; portability; information about who we share data with; and withdrawal of consent, when processing is based on it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to comercial@podiumrun.com. We will reply within the time limits set by the LGPD. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
7. Security
The site is served only over a secure connection (HTTPS), with security headers enabled, and collects the minimum necessary. Even so, no system is completely immune to failures. If an incident could pose a significant risk to data subjects, we will notify the ANPD and the people affected, as the LGPD requires.
8. Links to other sites and to the apps
The site links to Podium’s Instagram and to the RUN site. Those services have their own policies, which we do not control.
Podium’s apps process different data from this site (for example, training and health data) and have their own policy. The RUN policy is available at app.podiumrun.com/privacy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page and, for significant changes, we will highlight the notice on the site.
