1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the corporate website of Podium Technology for Sports (“Podium”). By browsing it, you agree to them. Podium’s apps and services have their own terms, which prevail for the use of each of them.

2. What the site is

The site presents the company and the products RUN, CONTROL, PASS and STAFF and offers a contact channel. It is for information only and is not an offer, a commercial proposal or a promise of results. The stage of each product (for example, “Open beta”) is the one stated on the publication date and may change without notice.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the site and share its address. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, overload the infrastructure, copy the site to impersonate it or use it for unlawful purposes.

The Podium name, symbol, logos, texts, product screens, site design and other content belong to Podium or its licensors. Photographs, logos and images of events and third parties appear with their owners’ permission and remain their property. Nothing on this site grants you rights to these brands and content, except personal, non-commercial browsing.
